Full fathom five

Henry Purcell, The Tempest. The text is a poem which appears on act I, scene II of William Shakespeare's play. It's sung by Ariel, an airy spirt, to lead Ferdinand - who had just suffered a shipwreck in which his father drowned - to his master Prospero.

FULL fathom five thy father lies:
Of his bones are coral made;
Those are pearls that were his eyes:
Nothing of him that doth fade
But doth suffer a sea-change
Into something rich and strange.
Sea-nymphs hourly ring his knell:
Hark! now I hear them,—
Ding-dong, bell.
